Our client, a respected national organisation with a strong public mission, is seeking a proactive, highly organised EA to support a key member of their senior leadership team.

â The Role
As Executive Assistant, you will provide highâlevel, confidential support to a senior executive, ensuring their office runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include:
Executive Support
* Complex diary and inbox management
* Drafting correspondence and assisting with responses
* Managing incoming calls, including media enquiries
* Organising travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements
* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
Meeting & Event Coordination
* Scheduling internal/external meetings and events
* Coordinating venues, attendees, papers, travel and logistics
* Greeting and hosting visitors
* Supporting seminars, conferences, and annual meetings
Administration & Collaboration
* Acting as a central point of contact across the organisation
* Maintaining filing systems (digital & manual)
* Managing confidential and sensitive information
* Liaising with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth communication
* Providing cover for other Executive Assistants when required
* Supporting organisational projects, elections, campaigns, and other ad hoc assignments

Weâre looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised, proactive and able to work autonomously
* Diplomatic, professional and confident communicating at all levels
* Comfortable managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
* Discreet, with impeccable attention to detail
* A problem-solver who anticipates needs ahead of time
Key Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 yearsâ PA/EA experience, including supporting senior leaders
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience coordinating meetings, travel and events
* Understanding of working within a highly confidential environment
* Able to produce professional documentation to a high standard
