Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years?
A warm and welcoming primary school in the BS39 area of Bristol is looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support in Reception (EYFS). The role is initially for 2 days a week, but there may be opportunities for further work as the term progresses.

The Role
* Provide 1:1 support for a pupil in Reception (EYFS)
* Work alongside the class teacher to deliver tailored support and engaging activities
* Support the child’s social, emotional, and academic development
* Promote independence and positive behaviour in a nurturing environment
* Assist with classroom routines, preparation, and early years activities
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in Early Years (EYFS)
* 1:1 support experience with young children (essential)
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff and parents
* A passion for helping children thrive in their early education
