We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
Please note - you must be available and able to come to our office location in Guildford, Surrey.

We are looking for a part time office administrator to assist with the day to day operations of the business and administrative support.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Working as Office Administrator, your job will be to keep the office running smoothly, keep our processes in order, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed as required.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
* Administrative oversight for the business
* Bookkeeping and filing of business expenses
* Support with invoicing clients
* Keeping office supplies stocked and up to date
* Liaising with suppliers for office maintenance as required
* Working with IT partners to ensure smooth running of office equipment
* Support with new employee onboarding
* Support with processing of monthly payroll
* Organising staff days out and team events
* Supporting with client events
* Ensuring health and safety compliance and that all processes are up to date
* Meeting coordination and support as needed
Job Requirements:
* Ideally you have experience in a similar role
* A good understanding of bookkeeping processes and procedures
* Experience with Xero is a positive
* Proficiency with G Suite and Google Docs and Google Sheets
* Strong communication skills
* High organisational skills
* Attention to detail is a must
