We have an excellent opportunity for a Night Vet to join the OOH team at a small animal veterinary hospital in the Manchester area.
* typical work pattern would involve 5 nights every 3 weeks
* practice is a 24 hour RCVS accredited small animal hospital with superb facilities and some state-of-the-art equipment including CT scanner
* varied role caring for inpatients at the hospital and seeing A&E patients OOH.
* role would suit an experienced veterinary surgeon with good surgical and medical skills
* sole charge, so experience is needed.
* Well located in a lovely part of the world close to both the Peak district and the Lake District, with excellent transport links and a short train ride to the vibrant City of Manchester.
Person Requirements
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
* Registered with the RCVS
* experienced veterinary surgeon
* good surgical and medical skills
* able to work sole charge
