As a Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects to support our company's strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, to the highest quality standards, and within approved budgets. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving impactful marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute project plans, including timelines, and resource allocations made by the Head of Creative.
2. Ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables among stakeholders.
3. Oversee the execution of marketing projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
4. Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, product, and sales teams, to define project requirements and expectations.
6. Identify potential risks and challenges associated with marketing projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
7. Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting project timelines, budgets, or deliverables.
8. Communicate risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
9. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
10. Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of creative assets, collateral, and campaign materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
11. Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain consistency and excellence across projects.

13. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

15. Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
16. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
17. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Required Qualifications:
18. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
19. 2+ years of experience in marketing project management or related role.
20. Experience managing marketing projects from concept to execution.
21. Candidate must reside in the U.K.

22. Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or agency environment
