Due to expansion, we are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal to join our residential property team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to build on their experience and grow with the firm.

Being part of the Boyletts Law team will require you to have the below skill set:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners in the Conveyancing Department.
* Handle new client enquiries, including preparing and sending out quotations.
* Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to obtain and update case information.
* Assist fee earners in preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence.
* Conduct property searches and submit Land Registry applications via online portals.
* Accurately produce correspondence and legal documentation, including assistance with overflow audio typing, if required.
* Manage the opening, maintenance, and closing of client files, including archiving in accordance with firm procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and legal case management systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide a professional and friendly first point of contact for clients.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
* A good understanding of the conveyancing process and previous experience in a conveyancing support role is highly desirable.
