Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The Role
As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion to create a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.
About You
* You are passionate about supporting your team through training and development, maintaining high standards.
* You have experience in managing and planning shifts to ensure proper coverage and enjoy coaching on the go.
* You are skilled in managing labor, rotas, and understand your restaurant's financial performance.
* You love celebrating success, recognizing individual drives and needs.

Additional Information
