This is a critical role within a large-scale transformation impacting approximately 3,000 stakeholders, including Finance teams and fee earners across the business. Due to the proximity to revenue-generating functions, stakeholder engagement isplex, high-impact, and highly visible.The programme is currently in the design phase (through to March), with delivery methodology still evolving (Agile vs. Waterfall). From March onwards, the programme will move into the build phase, where changes activity will significantly ramp up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Change Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Mapping
2. Support the development of a robust change framework and practice
3. Build and strengthen a change network across the organisation
4. Work closely with programme teams where PMO responsibilities may overlap with change.
5. Provide flexible, hands-on support aligned to evolving programme needs
Key Challenges
6. No established change management approach from previous programmes
7. Limited PMO structure, requiring adaptability and ownership
8. High scrutiny due to partner funding
9. Need to embed change capability while supporting delivery
What We’re Looking For
10. Strong change management expertise within large-scale transformations
11. Experience in ERP programmes (legal sector knowledge not required)
12. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and supportplex organisations
Contract Details
13. Rate: £750 per day (Inside IR35, via umbrella)
14. Duration: Initial contract until 31 March 2027 (6-month roll)
15. Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in London office
