Country Manager – Hospitality Equipment Business – Ireland
My client is a leading equipment manufacturer with a brilliant reputation for supplying the hospitality industry.
The Company is seeking a Country Manager to develop and execute the national sales strategy across all 32 counties of Ireland and build strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners to accelerate market share growth. The role requires extensive travel and is ideal for an energetic, talented, and highly driven Regional Sales Manager or Country Manager looking to match their career ambition with genuine progression opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the national sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets
* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance objectives
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across hospitality, QSR, catering, and institutional sectors
* Strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry partners
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
* Prepare and manage annual sales budgets and forecasts
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to drive growth initiatives
* Represent the business at industry events and trade exhibitions
* Travel nationally across all 32 counties of Ireland as required
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in a regional sales role within hospitality or foodservice
* Strong network across end users and distributors for hospitality, QSR, Horeca, and Foodservice sectors
* Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth and managing national accounts
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Commercially astute with strong analytical capability
* Willingness to travel nationally as required
