Package & Benefits Salary £70,000£75,000 per annum, depending on experience. 33 days annual leave including bank holidays. Maintain CQC standards across all areas, embedding robust governance and continuous improvement. Manage occupancy, fees, staffing, and agency usage in line with agreed performance targets. Develop, support, and hold your leadership and nursing teams accountable for outcomes. About You Proven experience managing a care home through a CQC inspection. Background in service improvement or turnaround within a nursing or complex care environment. Experience working with complex needs such as advanced dementia, challenging behaviours, or mental health conditions.
