The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a wide range of transactions from inception to completion, supporting clients through every stage of their property journey. You’ll be a key part of the team, working with clients across various industries and providing practical, strategic advice on all aspects of commercial property law.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions, overseeing all aspects from start to finish.
• Provide clear, client-focused advice with an emphasis on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, delivering pragmatic solutions tailored to their objectives.
• Demonstrate a commitment to business development, contributing to opportunities to grow the firm’s client base and market presence.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to ensure efficient service delivery and share expertise within the team.
• Support the team in business development initiatives and the building of strong referral networks.
Experience & Skills Required
We are looking for candidates with a proven background in commercial property, excellent client care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience:
• 2+ years PQE in a relevant role as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
• Proven experience managing a range of commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
Personal Skills:
• Strong client care and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• A team player with a proactive, positive, and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
• Calm, resilient, and focused under pressure.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
