About the Role: We are looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join our production team, specialising in the fabrication of excavator buckets and heavy-duty attachments. You’ll be working with mild steel, carrying out multi-run welds, and producing robust, high-quality components built to withstand tough environments. Key Responsibilities: * MIG welding (multi-run) on mild steel plate and structural components * Fabrication and assembly of excavator buckets and related equipment * Reading and working from engineering drawings * Operating workshop machinery, tools, and equipment safely * Ensuring all welds meet quality and safety standards * Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines Requirements: * Proven MIG welding experience (preferably in heavy fabrication) * Strong ability to carry out multi-pass runs on mild steel * Competent in reading fabrication/engineering drawings * Good attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work independently or as part of a team If you're interested in a role that will see you clocking 40 hours a week until Christmas, press apply now
