Head Chef - Hospitality & Staff Dining
Location: near London Bridge
Pay: £45000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (approx. 7:00am-3:00pm, flexibility required)
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Head Chef to lead the hospitality and staff dining operation within a prestigious corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
What you’ll do:
* Oversee all hospitality and staff dining services, from daily covers (100-120) to larger events (up to 400)
* Manage catering across multiple meeting rooms, including an executive floor with fine dining facilities
* Lead a small, hands-on team consisting of a Kitchen Porter and a Kitchen Assistant
* Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety policies
* Support occasional evening or seasonal events - all overtime paid at the standard rate

* Experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef looking to step up
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with a calm, hands-on approach
* Passionate about creating fresh, high-quality food in a professional setting
* Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and allergen management
* Reliable, proactive, and adaptable
