About Our Nursery
Busy Bees London Kenton Preston Hill, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 47 children and offers a friendly, safe, and supportive environment where children can learn and play. The Northwest London nursery is accessible by car or public transport, with onsite parking and convenient buggy storage. The nearest underground station is Kingsbury, about a 15-minute walk. We provide complimentary lunches and free parking for staff. Outdoor activities include a variety of play equipment and an outdoor creative station to support development.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration
* Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, tracking progress and communicating with parents
* Take on the role of Key Person for a group of children
* Ensure health and safety standards are met and the environment is clean and secure
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience preferred (e.g., Nursery Room Leader/Manager or Nursery Practitioner)
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Passionate about fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families
