Client Accounts Administrator
We are looking to recruit a Client Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. After an initial period of training (approx 3 months), a hybrid working pattern of 3 days at home will be offered.
Responsibilities
As a Client Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing frontline transactional input to the database. On a daily basis you will work as part of the wider team to ensure bank transactions are recorded accurately and allocated to the database. In addition to raising payments through the system, you will deal with internal and external queries relating to the portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar role. Experience with Microsoft packages such as Excel is advantageous. Excellent communication skills are essential. A basic DBS check is mandatory, and you must be comfortable working in a safe environment.
