About the Role: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm Supporting primary-aged pupils within a specialist PRU setting Working closely with children who require strong boundaries, emotional regulation support, and tailored behavioural strategies Collaborating with teaching staff to create a safe, structured and engaging learning environment What We're Looking For: Strong behaviour management skills A confident understanding of SEMH and trauma-informed support Previous PRU, alternative provision or behaviour support experience - this is essential A calm, resilient and proactive attitude Someone ready to be hands-on and fully involved Pay: Dependant upon experience Interested?
