A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected construction consultancy based in London. Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
* Supporting the preparation of tender documentation and contract administration
* Working closely with senior surveyors across all stages of project delivery
* Managing subcontractor packages and valuations
* Attending client and project meetings
About You:
* Degree-qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Previous experience in a consultancy or client-side environment is desirable
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and motivated approach to learning and development
