We are recruiting for a Health Care Assistant (Carer) for a Care Home in Wirral.

As a Health Care Assistant, you will be implementing the kind of care that will give our residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence. You will get to know our residents and their families, helping to ensure we deliver truly personalised care. You will be part of a team of Health Care Assistants and be responsible for maintaining high standards and being a positive influence on the team.

About You
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or working towards it; 1 year experience in the care sector is ideal, but essential is a brilliant positive energy and a kind, caring attitude.
* Knowledge of good record keeping and time management; be considerate and kind in communication with residents and co-workers.
Job Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
* 1 year of previous experience in a similar role is desirable
* Must possess a positive attitude and be passionate about working with vulnerable adults

Responsibilities And Duties
* To ensure residents retain their dignity and individuality at all times.
* To assist in the general day-to-day activities within the Home.
* To maintain a safe and secure environment for Residents, staff members and visitors.
* To provide personal care e.g. washing, feeding.
* Attend statutory training and any other training as directed by management.
