What will you be doing:
Day to day maintenance on the building, services, equipment and grounds.
Assisting in upholding the companys health and safety, emergency, and fire policies and procedures.
Maintain the home is a safe and efficient order.
Respond to any maintenance queries as quickly as possible.
What you need to succeed:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Able to work as part of a team.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
