Role Responsibilities
* Manage Facilities Services across the client group sites, including mechanical and electrical safety checks, Fixed Wire Testing, and all associated LV/HV planned and reactive maintenance, plus project works.
* Report to the Cluster FM and take full responsibility for the technical framework and appointments across the plant.
* Manage specialist contractors and liaise with the client to arrange maintenance outage windows, acting as the subject matter expert across the plant.
* Support the operational delivery and development of the engineering team.
* Ensure compliance with high standards of Health & Safety, statutory building requirements, and preventative maintenance inspection procedures.
Required Qualifications
* City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent.
* 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
* Experience in maintenance, testing, and fault-finding on equipment including boiler plant, HVAC, pumps, generators, switchgear, wiring and cabling, batteries, small power, and lighting.
* Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate, diagnose, and repair faults.
* Ability to supervise (Performing Authority) site contractors.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Ability to work at heights up to 3 metres and lift weights up to 25kg.
* Strong Health & Safety and safe-working practices knowledge.
* Strong customer care focus and good communication skills.
* Computer literate and capable of completing essential paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
