Role Overview
The role is similar to a Health Care Assistant in that you will be delivering great care and supporting reablement for people mainly in their own homes.
Responsibilities
* General social interaction with patients, talking, observing and escalating concerns.
* Supporting patients with meals including preparation and service.
* Assisting patients with personal care utilising a recovery/reablement ethos in all interactions.
* Support wider team with domestic and housekeeping duties.
* Meeting and greeting.
* Putting away stock.
* Carrying out and supporting with other duties our trained and experienced staff need completed.
* To report any concerns or issues to the manager in charge.
* To make or receive telephone calls.
You will be required to work a rota that covers 7 days a week from 08:00 to 20:00 hours. Flexibility within this rota, and geographical location, will be important.
