Our client, a global professional services company, is seeking an Investigations Lead for a 7-8 months contract role.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with senior leadership to assess legal risks related to investigations.
Manage investigative teams handling reported allegations.
Oversee notification, recording, and reporting processes for investigations.
Lead internal and external resources to investigate complex misconduct allegations, including defining scope, conducting interviews, and reporting.
Ensure timely review and investigation of cases, develop trend reporting processes, and make strategic decisions impacting the Corporate Investigations group.
Implement global investigation strategies and advise legal and leadership on risks and remedial actions.
Coordinate with Compliance Program leads and law enforcement agencies.
Train and support investigative personnel and stay updated on legal developments.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in investigations, including:
Conducting financial fraud and ethics investigations.
Handling regulatory and governmental investigations.
Drafting legal reports and advising leadership on compliance risks.
Experience with litigation related to investigations.
