Archer Recruitment is supporting a growing London based consultancy specialising in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors, they are well financially backed with a healthy pipeline of work.They are seeking a highly motivated, organised, and capable Project Manager to deliver effective and professional construction project management services on schemes across London, Oxford, Cambridge, and Birmingham. As the Project Manager, you will take ownership and independently manage a wide range of construction projects from inception through to post-completion to ensure the portfolio is effectively maintained, improved, and developed by agreed standards, policies, and procedures; maintenance plans; and the capital investment programme.The management of a complete pre-and-post project service in all aspects of construction work, development, new build, conversion, alterations, and improvement works to ensure the estate is properly managed to ensure compliance.They operate a very relaxed working environment with the flexibility to be hybrid and only required to come into the office 2 days a week. Your expected responsibilities include:Adhering to established and recognised processes and procedures by the client's policies.Taking responsibility for evaluating, reviewing, and enhancing process improvement strategies.Ensuring process adherence and optimising efficiency.Keeping process documentation up to date.Overseeing Commission Execution Plans and ensuring they are appropriately maintained throughout the commission.Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and teams.Assisting in developing and managing the team while exhibiting exemplary role model behaviour.Supporting the alignment of the team's Information Management with the client's Information Management environment.Your qualifications and attributes that you'll bring to the role are as follows:Experience in managing specialist engineering services within building projectsExtensive experience in undertaking Project Management roles in construction managementExperience in direct management and control of a wide range of multidisciplinary teams of construction professionals and contractorsWorking knowledge of current health & safety and construction legislation and technical standards within the construction industryExperience working on technically complex projects such as medical and scientific research facilitiesExperience in budget management and controlDeveloped interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and willing to work independently/take the initiativeTo apply, please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and qualifications by applying directly, emailing David.weaving@archerrecruitment.com or you can call David Weaving on 07361570160.
