What you’ll be doing Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly, professional manner Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Providing guests with detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods Serving food and beverages promptly, ensuring high presentation standards at all times Setting up and clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness across the dining area Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and courtesy Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, timely service Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations Processing payments accurately and responsibly Working Pattern: Matchdays What can you bring? Prior experience in waiting would be preferred, but we are also happy to consider candidates who show great willingness to learn, adopt new skills and have a genuine interest in working within the hospitality industry.
