Overview
This role leads a medium-sized team that acquires new consumers through multiple channels, successfully onboard them, and provides them with an ultra-premium experience as part of an active community.
Responsibilities
Acquisition:
* Delivering machine sales volume and profitability targets
* Construct and manage paid media campaigns across online channels
* Generate quality traffic to website using SEO
* Maximise conversion rate of traffic through landing page optimisation
* Gain distribution, then promote and activate, in retail partners
* Gain PR in physical and digital media, leveraging influencer relationships
* Agree JBPs with partner brewers to acquire and retain shared consumers
* Own relationship with local market team for machine manufacturers
* Manage a sales-and-marketing budget, delivering minimum ROI levels
Customer Experience:
* Co-ordinate proactive and reactive communications on owned social channels
* Co-ordinate lifecycle promotion and CRM campaigns to retain and boost LTV
* Co-ordinate onboarding journeys for acquired consumers
* Manage third-party customer experience provider
* Lead RCA and action planning routines based on NPS detractors
* Manage a service provider overheads budget
* Implement and manage loyalty programs
Leadership:
* Line manage direct reports
* Lead a direct reporting structure of 7 roles
* Sit on UK Executive team for PerfectDraft UK business
