We are a fast-growing B2B energy consultancy helping businesses across the UK secure competitive energy contracts. As demand continues to grow, we are looking for ambitious Lead Generators to join our high-performing sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to businesses, generating opportunities, and earning uncapped commission in a target-driven environment.
The Role
As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for contacting small and medium-sized businesses across the UK, identifying opportunities, and booking qualified appointments for our energy consultants.
You will work closely with experienced consultants, sharing commission on deals that convert.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound B2B cold calls to businesses across the UK
* Identify potential opportunities and qualify business energy needs
* Book appointments and generate opportunities for senior consultants
* Work collaboratively with consultants with shared commission on closed deals
* Liaise with energy providers to verify and update account information
* Maintain accurate client records and CRM data
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, opportunities, and revenue
What We’re Looking For
* Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
* Experience in B2B sales, telesales, or lead generation (preferred but not essential)
* Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
* Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindsetAbility to build trust quickly with business owners and decision makers
* Strong listening skills and consultative approach
