Job Description Responsibilities Provide exceptional professional customer service, ensuring all staff and visitor concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Handle telephone enquiries in line with our guidelines and customer requirements. Manage the booking process for on-site meeting rooms, catering and refreshment needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Manage incoming and outgoing post efficiently. Visit supermarkets and outlets when required. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Building Manager.
