Artisan Systems is a boutique consultancy building soulful, scalable delivery systems for creative teams. We partner with agencies, studios, and in-house teams who are done with chaos and ready to operate in rhythm.

Think: rituals instead of rigid process, clarity over control, systems that move like water. We are growing organically, peacefully, intentionally, and in full alignment with what feels right.


We’re now opening the door to someone who can help us grow from the inside calmly, strategically, and in full resonance with our rhythm. This isn’t a sales role. It’s a relationship role for someone who sees connection as craft. We’re looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Lead – Creative Ops, a Connection Master if you will! Someone who can introduce us to the right people, spark conversations that matter, and help expand our reach without compromising our values.


You’ll be working directly with our founder, senior partners and small team of specialist consultants to source aligned leads, nurture relationships, and book high-quality Chemistry Calls with prospects who are truly ready for the kind of transformation we offer.


This role is entirely commission-based and works best for someone who has an existing network in the creative industries and thrives on clarity, calm, and soulful collaboration.


Find + Foster Resonance

* Use your existing network (or intentional outreach) to identify brands, agencies, or studios that could benefit from operational transformation
* Introduce Artisan Systems to the right people, with clarity and warmth
* Send messages and follow-ups that reflect our tone (we’ll support you with training and templates)

Curate Quality Conversations

* Book Chemistry Calls with our founder, Strategy Director and appropriate team
* Track conversations and manage next steps
* Collaborate on messaging strategy, offer positioning, and pitch support

Grow with Grace

* Help identify new partnership opportunities, events, or strategic collaborations
* Contribute ideas on where we should show up and how
* Represent us with integrity, discretion, and elegance
* Communicate and coordinate with our pool of freelancers and consultants


Is this aligned for you?


* Have experience in business development, partnerships, client strategy, or account management especially within agencies, studios, Indies/boutiques or in-house/brand-side teams across a large variety of industries

* Already have relationships (or the energy to build them) in the creative, brand, or operational space
* Write with tone, presence, and clarity — no sales fluff, just human connection
* Value resonance over rush, and long-term alignment over short wins

Ongoing rhythm calls, messaging alignment, and spiritual-ops mentorship to help you move with confidence and clarity.
