The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex engineering projects — on time, within budget, and to scope. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve project issues, and act as the central communication point between global sites and internal departments.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.
* Lead regular project meetings with multi-disciplinary teams.
* Act as the main liaison between global sites and internal departments, including R&D, Production, Quality, and Sales.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams across Embedded Systems, Electronics, Power Electronics, and Mechanical disciplines.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Report on project status, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders.
* Drive accountability and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience in product development with a strong background in Project Management.
* Solid understanding of the design and development lifecycle in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
* Confident communicating with technical engineering teams, especially within R&D.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage competing priorities.
* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
