Location: Bristol (relocation support available)
Salary: A GBP 55,000 plus bonus

The Role:
* Leading and developing a high:performing team in a fast:paced environment
* Overseeing all operational and financial aspects of the site
* Driving sales and managing the full P and L
* Creating a positive, guest:first culture across the team
* Maintaining brand standards while bringing fresh energy and ideas
The Person:
* Proven experience as a General Manager within the hospitality industry
* Strong people focus : both guest experience and team development
* Commercially astute with a hands:on leadership style
* Solid track record managing P and L and consistently delivering against targets
* Experience across branded and/or independent operations
* Ready to step straight in with a confident and credible operational approach
