Description Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with the Client maintenance philosophy, UK safety, environmental and quality systems. Continually review effectiveness of working practices and systems to increase reliability / availability of rotating equipment. Ensure all rotating equipment activities are inputted into the integrated activity plan and maintenance management system. Via the IAP manage and reduce backlog Management of vendor support, to deliver the work safely, on time and cost effectively. Suggest, review, approval MOC’s as required. Support or undertake failure and incident investigation / RCA implementing actions to remove faults and improve reliability. Review and accept or reject deviations to codes, standards, practices, and guidelines. Approve changes to Ops procedures and manuals. Identify and endorse shutdown activities. Implement the Performance Standards to delivery of safety critical and routine maintenance. Actively support an Incident Free Workplace mindset. Good communicator and able to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner. Detailed knowledge and understanding of a variety of rotating Equipment, including Gas Turbines, Centrifugal, axial and reciprocating compressors and pumps and their associated packages and support systems Qualifications Substantial engineering and operations experience in oil and gas in a similar role. Very high level of technical and engineering competence. Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant subject & m ust have valid offshore certificates and Medical.
