Salary £60000 - £70000 + Full Benefits
Premier Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a fast growing Facilities Management provider delivering Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Services to clients across commercial retail public private and sports sectors.
With a strong reputation for quality and innovation they are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Manager to support the financial and contractual management of projects ensuring efficiency value and compliance across their FM portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure value for money
Oversee subcontractor payments applications and variations
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing against completed works
Work closely with site based FM teams to prepare quotations for remedial and additional works
Manage contract applications and produce accurate project reports
Provide commercial insight and risk management across ongoing FM contracts
About You
Ideally completed an Electrical or Mechanical trade apprenticeship
Solid background within Facilities Management ideally residential or commercial projects
Minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial management role within FM
Confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail driven with the ability to work to the highest standards
