We're partnering with a well-established, highly regarded firm that's looking to welcome a Private Client Lawyer to their growing team. In this role, you'll handle a varied and stimulating caseload, with a strong focus on high-net-worth clients. You'll advise on complex Probate matters, draft bespoke Wills, manage Lasting Powers of Attorney and provide strategic guidance on Trusts and estate planning.
Responsibilities
1. Handle a varied caseload for high-net-worth clients with care and precision
2. Prepare, review and advise on complex Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney
3. Provide clear, compassionate guidance throughout the Probate process
4. Build and nurture long-standing, trusted client relationships
Requirements
5. You will be a Qualified solicitor with ideally 5+ PQE
6. Committed team player with excellent client care skills
7. Ability to handle client matters with sensitivity and empathy
8. Strong analytical and organisational skills, initiative and sound judgement
