* Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development
* Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming and inclusive setting
Qualifications
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our dynamic Early Years team at Brockhurst & Marlston House Schools. You will play a key role in providing outstanding care and education to children aged 2–4, supporting their development in a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.
Requirements;
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – Essential
* Recent and relevant experience in an Early Years setting
* Good knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
* 40 hours per week on flexible working patterns
* 4-5 days per week OR 3 full days and 2 half days
* Full time - All year round (Permanent role)
