As my client continue to grow, they are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Advisor to join our team, based in Greenock and help shape a culture where people can perform at their best. The Role As HR Advisor, based in Greenock, you'll act as a trusted partner to our operational and production teams, providing expert guidance across all areas of people management. You'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment and talent strategies while driving engagement and performance across the site. Key responsibilities for HR Advisor include: Partnering with managers and business units to provide practical, solutions-focused HR advice across the full employee lifecycle. Leading and supporting end-to-end recruitment, from advertising and selection to onboarding. Supporting workforce planning and talent development initiatives. Advising on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Working with the HR team to implement people initiatives that support business goals. Contributing to HR projects that enhance engagement, culture, and retention. About You You'll be a confident HR professional who enjoys being on the shop floor, building relationships, and solving problems. You're commercially aware, with strong communication skills and the ability to balance people needs with business priorities. You'll bring: Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.
