Reporting directly to the Partners, the successful individual will work closely with the other corporate lawyers on the whole range of corporate matters including M&A, MBOs & MBIs, JVs, shareholder and partnership agreements as well as group reorganisations and refinancings. The department also supports on corporate governance, compliance and portfolio acquisitions and disposals. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build a strong rapport with clients.
