This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in implementing Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and ensuring the smooth operation of the Contractor Management Office within a complex, multidisciplinary science and research site.

You will be responsible for overseeing the safe, compliant, and consistent management of contractors, ensuring all Site Authority to Work Documents, Permits to Work, and SSOW processes are completed to the highest standard.
You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party contractors to manage critical site activities and uphold the highest levels of safety, compliance, and performance.

Oversee the efficient operation of the Contractor Management Office.
Review and approve Site Authority to Work Documents and Permits to Work.
Collaborate with contractors and procurement teams to maintain high standards.
Verify contractor paperwork and ensure adherence to RAMS.
NEBOSH Certificate.
Experience within a Health and Safety role.
Experience managing or supervising a small team in a permit office/SSOW environment.
Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team while implementing process improvements.
