About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our public sector maintenance team. You will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and improving plumbing and heating systems across our estate. Essential Qualifications Level 3 plumbing qualification OFTEC Registration Valid CSR Card or formal Health & Safety training, or willingness to obtain this within the first 2 months of employment Experience Required Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in the plumbing and heating industry Key Skills & Attributes Ability to work independently and use your own initiative Strong attention to detail and methodical approach Effective communication and organisational skills Reliable timekeeping and attendance Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders Strong team player with a positive, proactive attitude Special Conditions Willingness to attend occasional evening and weekend meetings Full UK driving licence with access to suitable transport upon appointment This criterion will be waived in the case of an applicant whose disability prohibits driving but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements.
