Job Description:
The Head of Controlling – Industry (FP&A) is responsible for the strategic and tactical financial controlling of the Industry Business Segment (Industry Service and Real Estate & Infrastructure Divisions). Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, implementation, and business strategic analysis of the respective Business Units. Coordinates the Segment's finance team in Revenue Recognition and FP&A processes. Acts as a financial business partner to divisional leadership. Responsible for M&A activities and integration projects.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, corporate guidelines, and policies
* Oversee revenue recognition and billing processes following applicable regulations
* Coordinate project/product costing and profitability reporting
* Oversee Transfer Pricing documentation and reporting
* Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly tasks, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
* Ensure accurate period-end financial reporting and analysis
* Review analytical results and suggest insights for investment and key metric improvements
* Coordinate FP&A tasks for forecasting and budgeting
* Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic decisions
* Lead a motivated team, fostering a performance culture
* Support M&A and post-merger integration projects
* Provide ad hoc support to Divisional and Regional Leadership
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA preferred
* 10 years of FP&A leadership experience
