Key Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair equipment or machinery at customer sites
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimise downtime
* Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance
* Provide clear and professional support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction
* Complete service reports, documentation, and updates in line with company procedures
* Train end users on basic equipment operation and maintenance
* Liaise with internal teams (e.g. technical support, parts, and scheduling) to ensure efficient service delivery
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on-site
* Travel to various c ustomer locations as required, sometimes at short notice
Skills and Experience
Experience:
* Previous experience in a Field Service, Maintenance, or Engineering role
* Hands-on experience with installing, maintaining, or repairing technical equipment or machinery
* Familiarity with health and safety procedures and working on customer sites
* Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous
* A full, clean driving licence is often required
