Job Description
Support the Head Cook/Chef and Home Manager in delivering nutritious, high-quality meals.
Assist with preparation, cooking, and serving of meals in line with dietary needs and preferences.
Work with care staff to accommodate specialist diets (e.g. diabetic, soft foods, allergies).
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
Follow all food hygiene, infection control, and health & safety guidelines.
Clean equipment and utensils according to schedules and best practices.
