TSR Legal are working in partnership with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm in Swansea that is looking to expand its residential property team with the addition of an experienced Residential Conveyancer.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled conveyancer with experience inpanel workto join a supportive team handling a steady pipeline of work from trusted referrers.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership.
* Handling cases primarily from panel referrals, ensuring service level agreements and compliance requirements are met.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress files efficiently.
* Conducting title checks, raising and reviewing enquiries, and preparing reports to clients.
* Maintaining accurate records on the case management system and ensuring files are kept up to date.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.
* Proven experience in managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
* Familiarity with panel work and dealing with high-volume caseloads efficiently.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
