We’re looking for an IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for internal clients needing technical help. You’ll handle hardware, software, and network issues, set up and maintain IT equipment, and provide clear, professional support through a helpdesk system. Complex problems will be escalated to senior colleagues, but you’ll play a key role in keeping clients satisfied and systems running smoothly. What you’ll do: * Provide first-line helpdesk support. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. * Set up, configure, and maintain IT systems. * Log and track support requests with clear communication. * Escalate complex cases when needed.
