Salary: Up to £53,664
Location: Peterborough
Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm, alt Saturday mornings 8:00am - 12:00pm
Contract: Permanent
We are looking for a highly skilled Master Vehicle Technician to join our independent franchise specialist workshop in Peterborough. Working within a professional team across 8 modern ramps, you'll carry out complex diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of cars and LCVs, with a strong emphasis on Mercedes vehicles.
As a Master Technician, you'll use your expertise to lead on advanced diagnostics, support other technicians, and ensure all work meets the highest manufacturer and industry standards. Our workshop is well established, with an excellent reputation, modern facilities, and very low staff turnover.

Key responsibilities
* Carry out complex fault finding, diagnostics, and advanced repairs
* Lead and support other technicians with technical guidance
* Perform high-quality servicing, maintenance, and repair work on cars and LCVs
* Work efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards across all tasks
* Ensure manufacturer specifications and health & safety standards are always followed
* Maintain accurate job records and paperwork
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Master Technician / Senior Vehicle Technician
* Strong technical knowledge across modern car and LCV systems, particularly Mercedes
* High-level diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A professional approach with a commitment to quality workmanship
