Care First is partnering with a reputable nursery in Hitchin that is looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment, delivering high-quality care and education to children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote and maintain high standards of care and education
2. Support and supervise playroom staff in their day-to-day duties
3. Allocate children to keycarers and ensure effective implementation of keycarer procedures
4. Provide professional feedback to parents and carers
5. Develop positive and professional relationships with staff, children, and families
6. Ensure the nursery meets all regulatory, health, and safety standards

Requirements:
16. Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
