Accounts Assistant- Belfast Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with one of Northern Irelands leading Construction and Engineering clients with offices based in Belfast. Due to continuous company growth and success, my client is seeking to appointment an Accounts Assistant to join their team, and work alongside the Finance Manager. This role is offering full-time, permanent employment, the opportunity to make the role your own, and also work in a very successful and expanding organisation. The successful candidate with assist the Finance Manager with the day-to-day transactional accounts, and the daily responsibilities will include: General purchase ledger duties Uploading invoices to customers portals Matching and posting invoices to purchase orders ensuring correct coding, currency and vat rate. Posting payments (direct debits etc) Reconciling supplier statements Uploading invoices to customers portals Credit control Essential Criteria: A minimum of two years' experience working at an Accounts Assistant level IT Proficient in accounting software The ability to work along, as well as part of a team Hours of work Monday- Thursday 8am-4.45pm Friday 8am-2.30pm Onsite role Salary £28,000- £30,000 per annum dependent on experience If you would like to be considered for this position, then please apply via the link provided.
