Key Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble custom-built cabinets and furniture pieces to client specifications. Interpret and work from technical drawings, ensuring precision in all dimensions and finishes. Select and prepare materials such as hardwoods, veneers, and decorative elements to ensure quality and consistency. Operate a variety of woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and orderly workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are well looked after. Carry out quality control checks on finished items, making refinements where necessary to achieve top standards. Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety practices.Requirements Proven experience in cabinet making or fine woodworking, with a portfolio of completed work. Strong understanding of woodworking methods, materials, and finishing techniques. Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and design plans. High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
