Deputy Premises Officer
CPL have partnered with Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) to recruit for a Deputy Premises Officer (E Grade) to join their team on a temporary contract, with possibility of extension.
·Pay Rate - £15.83 per/hr
·Location – DfI, DVA Enforcement Operational Support
·Benefits – 37 days holiday per annum
·Hours – 37 hours per week
Responsibilities will include:
·Managing the smooth running of the building, dealing with contractors, managing security and cleaning staff, managing contracts, developing business cases, Health & Safety.
Essential Experience/Qualifications
·Manual Handling Experience
AND
·A full current driving licence enabling the licence holder to drive vehicles in Northern Ireland.
Desired Experience/Qualification
·2 A levels with a minimum of 12 months’ experience
·A previous role in Facilities Management would be desirable but not essential
Relevant or Equivalent Qualifications
