Year 1 Teacher – Permanent Role in Bradford (BD9)
A welcoming and well-regarded primary school in the BD9 area of Bradford is looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis starting in September 2025. About the Role:
Full-time teaching role within a Year 1 classroom (approx. 30 pupils)
You’ll be supported by a full-time Teaching Assistant
Focus on phonics, early literacy, and developing independent learning
Encouraging a nurturing and stimulating environment for all learners
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching inKey Stage 1, ideally in Year 1
Confidence in planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with early learning goals
Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
Willingness to contribute to school life and collaborative planning
