Responsibilities
* To take ownership of the operational management and delivery of facilities management services delivered within my region or location(s). This includes customer interface management, ensuring a high profile in day‑to‑day site operations and maintaining a strong link with customers, guaranteeing a timely response to all client concerns.
* This is an active, visible role requiring excellent customer relationship and supplier management skills. Working as part of a team within the business, I will positively contribute to performance by fostering a culture of customer care.
* To manage the provision and delivery of Fire Risk Assessments via the Council preferred supply chain partner.
* To manage excellent relationships with clients and suppliers, especially the Council’s preferred supply chain partner for Fire Risk Assessments.
* Ensure operational aspects meet agreed SLAs through a programme of qualitative checks and controls, and correct deviations where appropriate.
* Develop excellent client relationships to understand needs and maximise delivered services, championing customer care.
* Organise and facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders.
* Interact with all internal teams to deliver tasks efficiently, supporting best practice.
* Assist in establishing monitoring and control systems to ensure appropriate control over all critical service points, maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing complaints.
* Ensure records are held and updated as required.
* Undertake regular site visits to evidence remedial actions meet quality standards.
* Comply with Robertson / Council policies, procedures and guidelines.
* Contribute to the delivery of quality‑assured, client‑focused products and services in line with customer requirements.
* Contribute to operation and development of the Quality Management System to continuously improve services for clients.
* Carry out other duties appropriate to the level and character of the post.
